Employee Testimonial

"Whether you are at the beginning of your career or an experienced hire, Aubay gives you plenty of opportunities to work with some A-List clients. Their insourcing model gives you the flexibility to make sure a new career opportunity is the right fit for both you and the client, so being placed on the client side allowed me to decide “is [client name] something I do really want and enjoy”, if not I always felt like I would be welcomed back to the Aubay family and everybody on the team would work towards finding the right role for me. This puts the power in the individual to put their career at the heart of the Aubay approach. It’s difficult for people to build an affinity with a company, but I genuinely feel like people do that with Aubay because they put people first."
