Role Summary
Aubay is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to help us achieve our ambitious growth in the UK. As an insourcing partner, we recruit and hire top-tier talent, often with niche areas of technical expertise, to be deployed on placements with our clients in the Energy, FinTech, Financial Services, and Asset Management spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles you work on, from devising sourcing strategies for challenging roles to coordinating technical assessments and negotiating offer letters. You will be proactively engaging with talent and building a robust pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will have a blend of in-house and agency recruitment experience and have a strong understanding of the various roles and specialties within IT. We are currently working on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week from Level39, a Tech Community and Co-Working Office in the iconic One Canada Square building in Canary Wharf.

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within IT Talent Acquisition (ideally you will have a mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience).
- Ability to gather information and understand requirements for a wide range of IT roles, areas of expertise, and domain areas.
- Skilled at identifying and attracting suitable candidates for a role.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field would be highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Previous experience within or strong knowledge of energy, trading, financial services, asset management, FinTech domains.
Key Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles you are assigned.
- Building a network of high-quality talent and source candidates using a range of channels and tools.
- Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies for challenging profiles.
- Accurately record activity and maintain candidate records on our ATS.
- Write attractive and inclusive job descriptions to attract candidates.
- Preparation of candidate profiles for presentation to clients.
- Coordinating calls, interviews, and technical assessments.
- Shortlist suitable candidates by assessing their CV’s, portfolios, and references.
- Keep active candidates up to date on the status of their application, manage their expectations, and provide feedback – offering them a positive candidate experience.
- Make job offers, support onboarding process, and keep in touch with employees you have recruited throughout the duration of their client placements.
