Role Summary
Aubay is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to partner with colleagues on projects and programmes, delivering high-quality change management plans and activities to drive measurable business outcomes. This role involves working in collaboration with IT Programme and Project Managers, peers across the organisation, and business stakeholders to enable sustainable and effective change within a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments and manage change actions effectively.
- Drive measurable outcomes through structured change management.
- Build strong relationships and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, tailored, and engaging communications that align with business objectives.
- Establish and manage networks to facilitate and embed change across the organisation.
- Identify learning requirements to support the change process.
- Lead the design and implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Support the design and deployment of organisational structures to enable effective change.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects and programmes as an experienced change practitioner to:
- Build or assist in building change management plans and deliverables to a business-ready standard.
- Manage the delivery of change management plans, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Share knowledge and foster an environment where team members feel motivated, connected, and empowered to grow and perform at high levels.
- Lead one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers.
- Drive business value and outcomes through measurable change management, supporting both traditional and Agile delivery methods.
- Collaborate closely with peers leading change across other areas of the organisation to align efforts and outcomes.
- Equip the business with the necessary skills and tools to manage and sustain change effectively.
