The way Aubay is structured allows you to have a good view into a company before you decide to dive in headfirst and become a direct employee. As an insourcing partner for our clients, we hire staff on demand to deploy to join their teams. To explain it simply, you will be employed by Aubay and deployed on a fixed-term client project from day one. At the end of this term there will be option for both yourself and our client to extend the placement, convert to become a direct, permanent employee, or to look for a new placement.
Inside IR35 refers to contract roles where tax laws require workers to be taxed as employees rather than independent contractors. If you take an Inside IR35 role with Aubay UK, you will be employed through an umbrella company, with tax and National Insurance deducted at source. You'll still have the flexibility of contract work while benefiting from fully compliant engagement with our clients.
We also supply outside of UK Contracting via a nominated partner.
Permanent placement means you are directly hired by our client as a full-time employee from day one. Unlike contract roles, this offers long-term job security, employee benefits, and direct integration into the client's team. We are also licenced to sponsor talent to work in the UK.
