Role Summary
Aubay is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to partner with colleagues on projects and programmes, delivering high-quality change management plans and activities to drive measurable business outcomes. This role involves working in collaboration with IT Programme and Project Managers, peers across the organisation, and business stakeholders to enable sustainable and effective change within a dynamic environment.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Engage with business and IT leaders, executives, IT Managers, and Programme/Project Managers to drive the change agenda.
- Partner with leaders as a skilled practitioner to:
- Develop and implement change management and integrated transformational change plans.
- Manage the delivery of change initiatives to a business-ready standard.
- Foster an environment where team members feel motivated, engaged, and empowered to perform at high levels and grow in their roles.
- Lead and oversee change projects or multiple change workstreams, supporting IT Programme and Project Managers.
- Drive business value and outcomes through measurable change management and business transformation interventions.
- Advise, coach, manage, and mentor junior change managers.
- Collaborate with peers leading change across other business areas, including OD/OE, Internal Communications, Learning, and Continuous Improvement.
- Equip the business with the skills needed to effectively manage and sustain change.
