  • Proven track record of working on Agile initiatives, guiding stakeholders in Agile ways of working (including Product Owners and business partners).
  • 7–10 years’ experience in IT, with solid leadership credentials in managing analysis or quality assurance teams.
  • A 4-year IT degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Advanced capability in translating business needs into functional and non-functional software requirements.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and leading design sessions.
  • Experience in risk assessment, feasibility analysis, and business impact evaluation.
  • Proficiency in defining test strategies, writing acceptance criteria, and leading testing coordination.

Desired Skills and Experience

  •  Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
  •  Exposure to Lean Practitioner principles or training.
  • Agile certifications or relevant training (e.g. SAFe, Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Experience working on technology transformation initiatives within energy, trading, or enterprise platforms is highly desirable.

Key Role Responsibilities

  •  Elicit and document business problems, key drivers, and requirements; align them with evolving solution designs.

  • Produce compelling business cases to support change initiatives, managing prioritisation and stakeholder approval.
  • Ensure requirements are traceable from ideation to delivery, incorporating any change in project scope.
  • Collaborate with solution designers, developers, and vendors to address technical limitations and delivery expectations.
  • Configure and document software systems using industry best practices and agreed standards.
  • Coordinate testing phases, develop acceptance criteria, and validate that solutions meet business requirements.

  • Lead and coach business analysts, maintaining high delivery standards and promoting continuous improvement.
