Role Summary

Aubay UK is seeking a PMO Analyst to support programme governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities. Candidates are expected to be in Doha from day one; relocating to Doha is also acceptable as long as the candidate is present on-site from day one.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience maintaining programme frameworks and documentation (e.g., SharePoint). 
  • Ability to track milestones, deliverables, KPIs and produce concise management reports. 
  • Strong project coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes, follow ups. 
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies. 
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to support cost and resource tracking. 
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in trading, energy, or complex operations.  
  • Prior exposure to front-, mid-, and back-office environments.  
  • Familiarity with PMO tools or dashboards. 
  • Experience supporting senior programme stakeholders or PMs in high-pressure environments
