Role Summary
Aubay UK is seeking a PMO Analyst to support programme governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities. Candidates are expected to be in Doha from day one; relocating to Doha is also acceptable as long as the candidate is present on-site from day one.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience maintaining programme frameworks and documentation (e.g., SharePoint).
- Ability to track milestones, deliverables, KPIs and produce concise management reports.
- Strong project coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes, follow ups.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to support cost and resource tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in trading, energy, or complex operations.
- Prior exposure to front-, mid-, and back-office environments.
- Familiarity with PMO tools or dashboards.
- Experience supporting senior programme stakeholders or PMs in high-pressure environments
